Online Group Classes
We offer small yet deep and powerful units of practice that are designed to easily fit into your daily life. Our classes are just 1 Ghati (24 minutes) or 2 Ghatis (48 minutes) long. Through consistency, deep interest, and undivided attention while practicing, these short sessions allow change to unfold naturally.

Yoga 24-minute
A gentle practice focused on cultivating inner stillness, mental clarity, and balanced energy, with minimal physical movement, primarily done while seated or lying down.

It includes Pranayama (breath and energy control), Pratyahara (conscious withdrawal of the mind from the senses), Dharana (deep concentration), Dhyana (conscious state of meditation), Mudras (energy gestures), Nada Yoga (the yoga of sound and vibration), and Jnana and Raja Yoga Prakriyas (visualization, relaxation, and polarity techniques).

Yoga 48-minute
A mild to moderate-intensity Hatha Yoga practice, designed to awaken and open the body, cultivate vitality, and foster the synergy of body, breath, and mind.​ The goal is to restore the body's natural polarity, cultivating a vibrant, harmonious, and integrated state of being.
The class focuses on Jattis (small units of movement that release tension, increase blood circulation, and enhance energy flow), Kriyas (systematic movements), and Asanas (body postures).

Meipadam 48-minute
A very dynamic and intense traditional fitness class that incorporates bodyweight exercises, breathing techniques, and mind training practices.
This practice purifies, opens, and strengthens every aspect of the body-mind-energy system, while building agility and stamina.

Karalakattai (heavy wooden club training) is gradually introduced after adequate preparation through Meipadam.

Gitananda Yoga: Pranayama
A comprehensive two-month online course that delves deep into the theoretical and practical aspects of the foundational Pranayamas of Gitananda Yoga, including Sukha Pranayama, Vibhaga Pranayama, Pranava Pranayama, Savitri Pranayama, Mukha Bhastrika, and more. In addition to these essential breath-energy techniques, participants will learn Jattis, Kriyas, Mudras, and a unique sequence of 15 asanas designed to reduce lung rigidity and enhance lung capacity.

Gitananda Yoga: 6-Month Journey
A six-month transformative journey undertaken in four stages. Each stage is six weeks long and consists of one weekend workshop (in-person or online) and five weekly online classes. The four stages are:

Introduction to Meipadam
Embark on your journey to graceful power with our weekend course, comprising three sessions, designed to introduce you to the ancient practice of Meipadam. Available both in-person and online.

Bala Padam Practice
This course dives deep into the two stages of Bala Padam, the first journey in our Meipadam curriculum. Each stage is covered through 9-12 online sessions or 4-6 in-person sessions.
Mentoring (Yoga, Meipadam, Karalakattai)
For individuals highly committed to personal transformation and professional success, willing to invest the effort and discipline required, we offer two exclusive mentorship programs.

Personal Mentorship
Designed for individuals seeking to deepen their personal practice and integrate these teachings into their daily lives. Priority is given to those who have attended our courses and regular classes, demonstrating a strong commitment.
Professional Mentorship
Ideal for Yoga and Meipadam & Karalakattai teachers aiming for success. We provide guidance in defining your offerings, creating products, establishing your brand, refining your unique teaching style, and delivering teachings with confidence and ease.

Our mentorship is limited to a select few, ensuring dedicated attention to their journey. We are wholehearted committed to their growth, providing fresh and attentive guidance in every session.

All mentorship programs operate on a monthly basis, offering one or two private sessions per week lasting 60-90 minutes each.
Coaching
For individuals driven by ambitious aspirations and eager to unlock their full potential, we offer tailored coaching programs designed to support and challenge them on their journey.

3 Month Creator Mindset Program
A three-month personalized coaching program to guide and empower individuals to develop a creator mindset by dissolving and overcoming the obstacles to wholehearted commitment and effortless high performance.

The program includes weekly 70-minute sessions, complemented by 30-minute follow-up conversations, tailored to your unique aspirations and challenges.

We offer continuous support via text or email during the entire program, ensuring guidance whenever you need it most.

Upon completion, you have the option to transition to a month-to-month basis, allowing for ongoing refinement and sustained growth in your personal and professional endeavours.
